  • How do I get started?
    Select the resume service that meets your need from the "Go to Store" button below. Once you submit payment online, additional information and instructions will follow in the purchase confirmation email.
  • How do I pay?
    I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards and PayPal. Select your payment option when checking out online.
  • Complete the new client intake questionnaire & schedule your consultation.
    Once you purchase a service, you will receive an email from me with the subject line “Next Steps to Take Your Resume to New Heights”. The email will include a link to complete a New Client Intake Questionnaire and a link to schedule your online resume consultation time. Your answers to the questionnaire will ensure that I’m prepared for our consultation. You have the option of uploading your current resume when filling out the questionnaire.
  • The Consultation
    At our consultation, we will have an in-depth conversation to learn more about your career objectives and to expand on the online questionnaire you completed. Your preparation for this call is critical, as it will provide the foundation for your new resume.
  • First Draft
    Based on the information you provide in the questionnaire and consultation, I will begin working on your resume. You will receive a personalized draft resume within five business days of our consultation.
  • Revisions
    You will have the opportunity to review the draft and request any changes. Two rounds of revisions are included.
  • How should I send my revision requests?
    If you have revisions to request, please email me with your notes using Sticky Notes in your PDF editor or email your notes and requested changes to me in the body of the email. We can also discuss revisions over a 30-minute phone call which you’ll be able to schedule directly from the first draft delivery email.
  • Lack of Communication
    If you fail to request revisions or stop communicating with me about your project in the two weeks after I deliver your first draft, I will send your final documents and consider the project complete. If you return later in need of revisions, a New Start Fee of $99 is required before additional work is carried out.
  • Final Resume
    I will provide your customized, professional resume in Word and PDF.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Since you’re purchasing a service and your first draft may serve as a final document, there are no refunds once your first drafts have been sent by email.
